What forms of payment do you accept and when will I be billed for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. All credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form using secure socket layer (SSL) protocol. Your order will be billed to your credit card account when you complete the "checkout" section of the website. Since most orders are customized, The Noble Rabbit will charge your credit card as soon as the order is placed. For personal check- we will not proceed with your order until your check clears. There will be a service charge of $30.00 for all returned checks. We do not accept money orders or cashiers checks at this time.

When can I place an Order?
Our web site is always available (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for you to place your order. Our simple online ordering system makes it very easy to personalize and preview your selection before completing your order to ensure it is exactly how you want it. How can I place an order if I don't want to do it online?
Simply print out our Custom Order form and send it along with a check (including phone number on check) to us. Our information is on the Contact us page.

How can I contact you?
Email is the best because it's checked most frequently. You can call between the hours of 10am-4pm (Central Time) Monday-Friday. More than likely you will receive our answering machine due to our printers running. But please leave a detailed message and we will get back with you within 1 business days. Our preferred reply is by email so please clearly state your email address or telephone when you call. Our contact information is on the Contact us link.

Who Do You Use to Ship?
This is a weight dependant question. If it's an order that ends up being under 5lbs., we try to use USPS Priority Mail because it is faster. If it's over 5 lbs. we use UPS Ground.

What are your shipping and handling charges and what is included?
These prices include wrapping your invitations/stationery in our Noble Rabbit packaging and mailing them in quality boxes or mailing envelopes. The prices also include shipping costs for USPS priority mail. (Usually you will receive your order within 2-5 day)

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time we only ship within the US. We look forward to shipping overseas in the near future.

Will Sales Tax be added to my order?
As required by law, we collect sales tax on all Illinois orders. The tax is calculated automatically and you can review it on the billing page prior to submitting your order for payment. If your billing address is outside the state of Illinois, no sales tax will be applied.

What is your privacy policy?
We will only use the information you provide for our business purposes. We will never give or sell information about you to others for any reason. If you sign up for the VIP email, then we will send you permission-based email messages or postcards from time-to-time to let you know about new products, special offers, or product updates.

If you get mail or email from us you don't want, please accept our apologies. Just let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list. Or you may go to the VIP link and edit or remove your contact information. Please view our Privacy and Security Policy for more information.

What if I need to cancel or make changes to my order once is has been placed?
Please contact us immediately and we will try to make your change. If your order has already gone to print, there may be a charge for reprinting or revising your order. We will have you sign off on your proof for custom orders before printing to minimize this risk. On orders that are not custom, we encourage you to carefully examine your order before checking out.

How long do orders take to print and ship?
Printing time on most orders is 5-7 business day and the shipping time is will depend on your location. In most cases, you can expect your order within 7-12 business days. (Wedding, Holiday and Custom orders will take longer; we will let you know ahead of time if it will.)

Do you offer rush services?
We do offer a rush service for an additional fee. If you need your order in a rush, please email us using the Contact us link. We'll let you know if we can meet your deadline and what the additional charge will be.

Can you ship my envelopes early so that I can start addressing them?
We can ship your envelopes early if we know ahead of time when you would like them. The order will be processed as if it was a individual order and will have shipping charges applied. Please use our Contact us link to let us know your desires.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?
If we have not sent your order to print then we will gladly cancel your order.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! This is a perfect gift for that 'hard to buy for' friend or loved one. It can also be a wonderful Baby or Wedding Shower gift. Please email us through our Contact us link and let us know what you would like and we will mail you (or mail directly to the gift receiver) a lovely gift certificate good for website orders.

Can I send an order directly to a person as a gift? How will it arrive?
Just let us know that we are sending the order as a gift and we will make sure to not include any cost information inside the box/envelope. We can beautifully gift wrap your order for and additional fee. Please contact us at for more information.

What if I receive my order, it does not have any errors, but I just do not want the order? Can I return it for a refund?
All orders are printed just for you once you place the order. We do not have inventory or stock. Refunds for orders that do not have an error on our part can not be issued. We encourage you to order a sample so you can see ahead of time what you are going to receive. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and with your experience with our company.

What if I find an error or misspelling that was made after the final proof was signed off on by me?
In the case of an error that The Noble Rabbit makes, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or a reprint of your order at no charge to you. If you choose a reprint we will send them the quickest shipping option possible. (Depending on the initial time you needed your order). If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. If you reorder, we will wave the new products shipping costs. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Do you print other sorts of stationery such as place cards, menus, programs, and thank you notes?
Absolutely! We can print just about any sort of stationery products you desire. We would be happy to work with you on any ideas you have. Why do I need to place a Custom Order if I just want to change one line of wording or something simple? Am I charged the Custom Order charge for a minor change like that?
Although the word "Custom" usually goes along with a high price tag, that is not so with our company. We require any change, even a word, to be processed through our Custom Order page. Any thing that needs to be changed will require re-measuring, alignment checks, and additional test prints before we can send a proof to you. But this does not mean you will necessarily be charged for that service. Please visit our Custom Order page and email us with any questions.

What if my monogram (initials) doesn't look right with the font that is offered for that particular product?
We know that even if we have chosen a beautiful font, it may not look right with your initials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will work with your specific initials to give your stationery the most rich and classic look. When we begin to customize your order, and feel that the font for that product is not the best match for your initials, we will supply you with one alternative at no additional cost.

Will you place my announcement/invitation/card inside the envelopes for me?
If you are using address labels we will stuff your envelopes for you for $5 for every 20 envelopes stuffed. **We do not recommend having your envelopes stuffed if you are hand writing the addresses on your envelopes as pressure applied to the envelope can leave an imprint on your announcement/invitation/card. For the best results, we recommend writing your address first, then stuffing your envelope.

What if I want to use a photograph that a professional took?
The Noble Rabbit respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers and image authors. If you have a copyrighted image and wish to use if for personalizing your item(s), please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release.

How do I submit a great photo for photo cards/invitations?
The quality of your personalized stationery is very dependent on the quality of your photograph. It is important to submit a clear original, unedited photo. Our first and most common choice for receiving your photo is by emailing us a quality jpeg. Please send one photo at a time with at least 600 dpi or larger. We do accept quality scanned photos if they do not break any photo copyright laws. We can not guarantee that the photo you choose will be of the quality we can use with our special paper and printers. You are welcome to send us more than one to choose from. Please email us at with any questions. **Please keep in mind that most of our cards and invitations are printed on the most luxurious of linens. Being linen, there is a subtle texture to the paper. Your picture will have more of a soft appearance rather than a hard lined finish as in a glossy photo paper. If you would like the glossy photo paper we do offer some invitations and announcements with that option.

Can you change my picture to Black and White or Sepia?
Yes we can convert your photo to Black and White or Sepia tone (for no additional charge) depending on the quality of your photo.
